About the Author

David Berman was born in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1967. The American musician, singer and poet best known for his lyricism as the singer of indie rock band Silver Jews, a band in which a fixation on perfecting lyrics has been noted as a salient characteristic of Berman's creative compositions. Berman's work focuses on topics of alienation, introspection, and a blunt approach to surrealism.
